I'm excited to share my book, The Tech-Media Hybrid: Google's News Ambition, recently published by Columbia University Press. The book examines the decades-long relationship between Google and the news industry, from historical, visual, legal, technological, and institutional perspectives. The book grew out of years of research, spanning my PhD, the pandemic, and my transition to an early-career assistant professor.
