Hi Kirstie,
The papers are not on the ICA website itself. You can find most of them on the virtual conference page. From ICAHDQ, hover over Conferences, 72nd Annual Conference, then click Virtual Conference. You should be able to log in on Cadmore with your registered credentials. Then, it's a case of finding the presentation you'd like to read the paper for, clicking on it so you get see their video load in, and scrolling down to the abstract / short description. You should be able to see a button there (in red letters) directing you to a download of the paper.
The postconference reminders sent out last week included this line, though: "If the author allows it, there should be an option to download the paper. You can find the download button under the title." If you can't find anything on a video page, it might be that the authors didn't allow it. Check a few papers to be sure where you would find it.
Best,
Ruud
