Witnesses to Workplace Bullying
You are invited to participate in a research study about people who have witnessed workplace bullying and received advice for how to handle it. Anyone who is over 18 years of age is eligible to participate if they have witnessed workplace bullying in the last 12 months and received advice about how to handle it. The research involves one online survey that will last up to 40 minutes and ask about the organization where the bullying took place, the advice received about how to handle the situation, and how you responded to the situation. Compensation for participating in the research study is a $10 electronic Amazon gift card. The survey may be completed on any device that can access the internet in any location you are comfortable completing it.
We do not want our research to negatively impact your health and well-being. It is possible that responding to this survey will bring back negative memories of the people associated with the bullying incident or the organization where it occurred. If you are concerned about this, please evaluate carefully whether you want to participate in the research.
