PREPARING FOR YOUR PRESENTATION
- Sessions differ depending on session type and Division or Interest Group. If you have any questions, such as how long your presentation should be, please contact either your session chair or Division/IG Planner. (Typically, there is a 15 minute Q&A so the session's remaining hour is divided among the number of presentations. Four papers, then, means 15 mins per paper).
- An easy way to know if your session is a hybrid session is to see the word "HYBRID" at the beginning of your session title.
- Per usual, we recommend that everyone bring their own laptop to present. Only hybrid sessions will have a laptop provided, but in-person sessions will not. Connections between laptops and the projector will be via HDMI cable. Presenters should be certain that their laptop has the appropriate port to connect with an HDMI cable. Presenters who have Macbooks should have the required dongle/adapter to connect a HDMI cable.
- Bring your presentation on a USB or bring your laptop to connect or, if you are in a hybrid session, follow the instructions that were emailed to you specifically as a hybrid presenter.
WHAT TO BRING (the highlights)
- power adapter for your country's type of plug
- charging cables for all devices
