My name is Hyunjin Kang, the current international liaison of the Communication and Technology division.
The Communication and Technology Division of ICA will have the second session of the Virtual Brown Bag Series on 17 April 2024 (Wed) at 12:30PM (GMT) collaborating with the Centre for Information Integrity and the Internet (IN-Cube) at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
In this session, titled " Global Dialogue on Communication Technology (Session 2): Digital divides, human migration & mobile technology, and youth activism," three communication scholars from Chile, Costa Rica, and South Africa-Marcelo Santos (Universidad Diego, Portales), Michele Ferris Doubles (University of Costa Rica), and Tanja Bosch (University of Cape Town) will be presenting their recent work.
The session will be moderated by Dr. Rich Ling, the former Shaw Foundation Professor of Media Technology, Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
