Dear colleagues,
I'm pleased to announce a forthcoming special issue of Corporate Communications: An International Journal, which I'm guest editing together with Thomas Koch (U of Mainz, Germany). The issue focuses on informal communication in organizations-a topic that remains surprisingly under-researched despite its growing relevance in today's complex and fast-changing work environments.
We invite scholarly contributions that advance our understanding of the dynamics, functions, and implications of informal communication in organizational contexts. We welcome both theoretical and empirical work, as well as interdisciplinary perspectives.
