ICA23 Kids & Parents/Caregivers Picnic

Join us for a casual lunchtime picnic with your kiddos in the Waterfall Garden (atrium) at the headquarters hotel for some fresh air and sunshine, plus kid-friendly (and adult-friendly) picnic fare and a TBD fun activity! Commiserate on parenting/caregiving in academia & make new parent friends. Lunch will be provided. The event is outdoors in an enclosed patio area to keep the little ones from running off, but please be aware that there are (very shallow) koi ponds scattered throughout the space so very little ones should not be left unattended.
You do not have to have your child with you to attend (we know not everyone brings their kids to conference!), but due to limited space this event is for parents/caregivers and their young charges only (honor system).
