Dear colleagues,
As we move toward the conclusion of our data collection, we are sending out this participant call one last time! Our survey closes September 20th and interviews will conclude in mid-October. Please feel free to share this call through your own channels.
We invite participants to share their experiences in a study aiming to learn about communication, identity, and life after experiencing sexual violence of any type. The study involves a short survey followed by an optional 45-60 minute virtual interview. You may complete the survey without volunteering for an interview. After completing the survey, we will reach out to any interview volunteers via email with scheduling information.
Interview participants can select the interviewer of their choice. Our gender-diverse team consists of researchers who have also experienced sexual violence. Further, we are committed to creating a supportive and compassionate environment for all participants. I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Colorado Boulder collaborating on this study with faculty and doctoral student researchers at the University of Miami (IRB Protocol #20251223).
Participants must be over the age of 18 and have experienced sexual violence of any type. If you or anyone you know might fit the study, we ask that you consider sharing or viewing the below-linked recruitment flyer and survey.
We would also appreciate if you could share information about this study with your networks by forwarding this information or sharing this flyer:
