The Emerging Scholars Network (ESN) and the Communication Policy & Technology (CPT) sections of the International Association of Media and Communication Research (IAMCR) are proud to invite
early career scholars to
three days of workshops on research, writing, and more!
This workshop series will feature communication scholars from around the world speaking on topics, including
research, publishing, and grant-writing, that are key elements in the professionalization for emerging global scholars in communication and media studies.
Each day of the workshop focuses on a mix of topics that are important to early career scholars--research and research methods, writing and publishing, grants and public engagement--and
combines speaker panels with interaction sessions in which participants can share work, ask questions, and contribute to shared resources. Participants are encouraged to bring works in progress to share and discuss.
