You may have noticed daily digest emails in your inbox from the Public Channel, or perhaps from one of the divisions or interest groups you joined when you renewed your ICA membership.
Daily digest emails are a recap of all the discussions/resources/news that are shared by not just division and interest group leaders of ICA, but also from ICA members. We welcome and encourage members to engage with one another, connect with their leaders, and use The Link as a resource.
We strongly encourage sharing your valuable resources with your colleagues within the divisions and interest groups you joined at ICA. If you:
- Have a pressing question and want some feedback from members
- Want to collaborate with members from a different country
- Have some resources to share that you feel would benefit members
- Were recently featured in an article and want to share
- Are a student, or you're new to ICA, and are looking to learn more about ICA, how to get involved and engage within each of the divisions and interest groups
- Simply want to introduce yourself and meet other like-minded professionals
If you answered "yes" to any of my questions above then I recommend signing on to The Link, visiting the division or interest group that best fits your target audience, and post a discussion today.
If you see any unanswered threads or questions, don't be shy, reply to your colleagues.
The Link is here to provide an outlet for members, and for leaders to easily communicate and share news to their members. Use this platform to share, learn, and grow as a communication scholar.
